Shaker Village provides an exciting outdoor classroom for student groups of all ages. Students learn about life in Central Kentucky in the 1800's through village tours, special programs and nature workshops.

Seasonal narrated riverboat rides, visits to our craft stores and a meal at the Trustees' Office Dining Room make your student group visit even more memorable. For a complete Shaker Village experience, students are welcome to stay the night at the Inn at Shaker Village.

To ensure a quality educational experience, the number of students which can be accommodated is limited, so teachers are encouraged to make reservations as early as possible.
