When possible, menus incorporate fresh seasonal vegetables grown in our historic farm garden and other local ingredients. Also enjoy a selection of wines and beers with your meal in the dining room.
Many of the recipes served in the dining room are included in our collection of Shaker cookbooks, available for purchase at our online craft store.

The Trustees’ Office Dining Room is closed December 24 and 25, and from January 2 through mid-February all meals are served in our Winter Kitchen.
