Every meal at the Trustees' Office Dining Room is a celebration of traditional Kentucky fare. It is also the perfect place to enjoy special occasions.

Breakfast features a hearty country buffet with southern biscuits and pumpkin muffins.
Lunch offers open-faced sandwiches, salads and ham biscuits served with Pleasant Hill coleslaw and homemade corn sticks.
Dinner entrees include sliced pork, rainbow trout, steak and traditional fried chicken and country ham served with freshly baked rolls. Old-fashioned desserts such as Shaker lemon pie, chess pie and other sweet treats are served daily.

When possible, menus incorporate fresh seasonal vegetables grown in our historic farm garden and other local ingredients. Also enjoy a selection of wines and beers with your meal in the dining room.

Many of the recipes served in the dining room are included in our collection of Shaker cookbooks, available for purchase at our online craft store.

The Trustees’ Office Dining Room is closed December 24 and 25, and from January 2 through mid-February all meals are served in our Winter Kitchen.
